Our first game of the season after the last two matches were conceded by our opponents saw us play South Antrims 4s. Despite the 2-0 defeat away from home there were lots of positives to take away from the game. Our defence played well under sustained pressure from a strong attacking team who moved the ball well and drove into the circle with speed. We had some strong individual performances with the Captain Lauryn Hanna worthy of the player of the match. There were moments when the girls linked well as a team playing out from defence through the midfield who were able to find our forwards. However we had limited opportunities to put the South Antrim keeper under pressure but plenty of learning for the next game.
